two thick and prominent lines. it was surreal. i was going to be a mom and Pao, a dad. he was waiting inside the car and excitedly asked, "so what's the result?" i gave him the kit.
he smiled and said, "i was already anticipating this, Sarah. you've been obliviously telling me for a week now you felt dizzy and nauseated, and that you're late." he grinned with pride, just like any first time dad. he pulled me in, hugged me a little tighter and kissed me a little longer.
i was happy. he was happy. on the drive back home, i was just on his arm, and he kissed my forehead every chance he got. we went straight to Magallanes to pray.
there was no fear, just a lot of joy. i felt fuzzy, but safe and warm and secure. not even an ounce of worry. i am with the right person and i made sure i thanked God for that.
